A practical meeting was held at BYD Uzbekistan Factory with the participation of the heads of higher education institutions and technical colleges in Jizzakh Region. The meeting focused on ensuring employment opportunities for graduates, strengthening the integration of education and industry, and taking mutual cooperation to a new level.

During the meeting, the participants discussed key issues related to training competitive professionals equipped with modern knowledge and practical skills for the automotive industry, effectively organizing students’ industrial internships, aligning educational programs with the company’s modern production requirements and needs, as well as further developing the dual education system.

During the open dialogue, participants exchanged views and proposals on personnel training, organizing student internships, employing graduates, aligning the educational process with industry needs, and identifying promising areas of cooperation between educational institutions and the enterprise. Priority tasks to be implemented in the future were also identified.

The main objective of the dialogue was to ensure employment for graduating students, strengthen their theoretical knowledge in their respective professions and fields of specialization through practical experience, develop their skills in working with modern technologies in production processes, and train qualified specialists who meet the actual needs of the labor market.

This cooperation will contribute to further strengthening practical ties between educational institutions and industrial enterprises, enhancing the professional potential of young people, and providing them with достойный employment opportunities.
