A New Chapter Begins for Students of the 2+2 Joint Educational Program
A new stage has begun for students enrolled in the 2+2 joint educational program established through cooperation between Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and China’s Suzhou University of Technology.
A welcoming ceremony for international students was held at Suzhou University of Technology in China. The event was attended by a delegation led by the Rector of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, Alisher Usmankulov, as well as the leadership of Suzhou University of Technology and the students.
During the ceremony, Suzhou University of Technology Rector Jiang Jianming warmly welcomed the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute delegation and the students, emphasizing that the 2+2 program is taking cooperation between the two universities to a new level.
He encouraged the students to make the most of the opportunities available and to become specialists equipped not only with modern professional knowledge, but also with international experience and a broad outlook.
In turn, Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute Rector Alisher Usmankulov spoke about the development of cooperation between the two higher education institutions and the work being carried out במסגרת the 2+2 program.
As the rector noted, the program offers young people an important opportunity not only to receive a quality education, but also to gain first-hand knowledge of Chinese culture, its education system, and industrial practices.
During the event, the students were presented with university badges. They were also provided with essential information about Chinese laws, academic and living arrangements, everyday conduct, and safety rules.
Most notably, these students are the first participants in the 2+2 joint educational program between Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and Suzhou University of Technology.
Their studies in China mark a practical outcome of the cooperation between the two higher education institutions.
