Members of the delegation led by Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute Rector A. Usmankulov held a meeting in China with partners and investors in the field of artificial intelligence.

As part of the implementation of Presidential Resolution No. PQ-358 and Presidential Decree No. PF-189 on the development of artificial intelligence, the meeting addressed the development of an AI laboratory being established at the institute, as well as ways to attract foreign investment and advanced technologies.

The “Uzbekistan–China Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center” project was presented, and opportunities to implement joint AI projects for education, science, and industry were explored.

These discussions marked one of the first steps toward putting the institute’s “Digital University” strategy into practice.
