An event entitled “The Leader and Youth”, dedicated to the future, professional development, and employment of young people, was held at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute.

The event was attended by Komil Xolmuradov, Mayor of Jizzakh City; a representative of the State Security Service; Alisher Usmankulov, Rector of the Institute; N. Abdurahmonov, the Rector’s Adviser responsible for maintaining a stable social and spiritual environment among students; faculty members, students, and school pupils.

The main objective of the meeting was to guide young people towards modern professions that are in high demand in the labour market, help them choose careers suited to their interests and abilities, develop their practical skills, and create new opportunities for their future employment.

During the open dialogue, participants listened to young people’s proposals and initiatives and exchanged views on education, vocational training, employment, and the development of entrepreneurship.

An important outcome of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute and the Jizzakh City Hokimiyat.

The agreement creates new opportunities for school graduates to attend short-term practical training courses, learn modern professions, and improve their professional skills.

In particular, young people will have the opportunity to become familiar with modern technologies and equipment in the automotive industry, put their theoretical knowledge into practice, and learn professional skills from experienced specialists and engineers.

As part of the event, participants also became acquainted with the activities of the Institute’s Automotive Engineering School, its research areas, and its existing scientific and technical capabilities.

Such opportunities, created to help young people demonstrate their abilities, acquire достой professional qualifications, and find their place in society, represent important steps towards building their future.
