Social Protection

On the work on social protection of employees and students at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute

                                                                                  I N F O R M A T I O N

 

Work was carried out at Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute on the basis of the collective agreement concluded between the institute's administration and the trade union committee.

In particular:

• 14 employees of retirement age, before retiring, in consideration of their many years of productive work at the institute, were solemnly presented by the institute's administration with a material incentive equal to one month's salary and valuable gifts from the institute's trade union committee.
• Visits were made to 12 pensioners who worked at the institute and no longer work today, and on holidays they were given gifts from the institute's administration and trade union committee.
• Financial assistance was provided to three young mothers on leave to care for a child aged two to three years.
• Financial assistance from the institute's administration and trade union committee was provided to 52 low-income employees.
• A free voucher to the "Botanika" resort worth 1,760,000 soums was given to I. Karimov, a second-year student of the Faculty of Electromechanics and Radio Electronics and a person with a group 1 disability, to restore his health.
• Scholarships of the Federation of Trade Unions were established for two orphaned students.
• 60 professors, teachers and employees working at the institute were given vouchers to the republic's sanatoriums to restore their health, and one person (Professor Yuldashev Urishboy) was given a voucher to rest at the "Kislovodsk" sanatorium.
• 16 children of employees were sent to children's health camps to improve their health.
• During the year trips were organized to several holy sites located in our republic.

In particular:

To the "Hazrati Davud" shrine in Samarkand region (24 people).

To the "Khoja Mushkent" shrine in Jizzakh region (23 people).

A 2-day trip to the holy sites and monuments of Bukhara city was organized (22 people).

A trip to the holy sites of Samarkand city was organized (22 people).

-For the social protection of employees, on holiday occasions (8 March "International Women's Day", 1 October "Teachers' and Mentors' Day", the "New Year" holiday) the institute's administration paid material incentives and gifts from the institute's trade union committee were handed out to actively working employees.

At Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute, work on the social protection of employees is being carried out on the basis of the program of the Year of "Active Investment and Social Development"
