ATTENTION CITIZENS WHO HAVE APPLIED FOR TRANSFER FROM FOREIGN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS TO HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF THE REPUBLIC:

In accordance with the decision of Minutes of meeting No. 3 of the State Commission for Admission to Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

🔰 for citizens who have expressed the wish to transfer, and to transfer with reinstatement, from foreign higher education institutions and from non-state higher education institutions of the republic to the republic's higher education institutions, special (online) test examinations (professional (creative) exams) in the language of instruction and the entrance subjects of the specific bachelor's programs studied at the republic's higher education institutions will be organized fairly and transparently according to a schedule from 5 September 2020. In this regard:

👉 the special (online) test examinations (professional (creative) exams) are held in accordance with the subject sets (entrance exam programs) and grading criteria of the bachelor's programs of the republic's higher education institutions approved in the established manner for the 2020/2021 academic year;

👉 citizens who have applied for transfer, and transfer with reinstatement, of students to bachelor's programs requiring special aptitude apply to the relevant higher education institution;

👉 responsibility for the fair and transparent conduct of the special (online) test examinations (professional (creative) exams) for transferring students from foreign higher education institutions to the republic's higher education institutions and for transfer with reinstatement, and for setting the passing score based on their results, is placed, within the system of personal responsibility, on the first heads of the ministries and agencies under whose authority the higher education institutions fall.

❗️By the decision of the State Commission's minutes:
it is established that if the passports of citizens who wish to transfer from foreign higher education institutions contain no entry and exit marks for the country where the specific foreign higher education institution is located for a period corresponding to the study period, their transfer is not permitted.

ATTENTION to citizens registered for transfer from foreign and non-state higher education institutions to higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the 2020/2021 academic year:

🔖Citizens who have submitted an online application for transfer and reinstatement can obtain the "Admission pass" for taking part in the online test examinations from 2 September of this year through their personal account on the platform http://transfer.edu.uz.

✅ This pass is issued to citizens who will take part in the online test examinations.

We remind you: the online test examinations will take place on 5-6 September of this year.

ATTENTION, IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Announcement of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education

ATTENTION to citizens registered for transfer from foreign and non-state higher education institutions to higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the 2020/2021 academic year:

🔹Online test examinations for citizens registered for transfer to higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the 2020/2021 academic year from higher education institutions of foreign states, as well as from foreign and non-state higher education institutions of the republic, will be held on 5-6 September of this year.

🔹Citizens take part in the online test examinations at their permanent place of residence indicated at registration.

🔹Citizens must take part in the test examinations at the designated place.

🔹Citizens taking part in the test examinations are required to arrive on time at the designated places to take part in the online test examinations.

🔹Points for correct answers in the subjects corresponding to the programs are distributed as follows:
for subjects of the 1st block – 3.2 points for each correct answer;
for subjects of the 2nd block – 3.1 points for each correct answer.

⏰3 hours are given for the test examinations. Candidates are asked 30 questions in each of 2 subjects corresponding to the programs, 60 questions in total.

❗️Based on the results of the test examinations, the decision on transferring citizens from foreign and non-state higher education institutions to the republic's higher education institutions is made BY THE STATE COMMISSION.

ATTENTION CITIZENS WHO HAVE EXPRESSED THE WISH TO TRANSFER (BE REINSTATED)!

As you know, for the 2020/2021 academic year, applications (documents) from citizens who wish to transfer (be reinstated) to the republic's higher education institutions are accepted online.

❗️A significant part of the documents accepted is being returned for re-registration for the following reasons:

👉 the copy of the passport (including the page with registration at the permanent place of residence) was not uploaded completely or in good quality (since the student's permanent place of residence is one of the grounds considered when reviewing transfer requests);

👉 the copy of the document of the established form on study (past study) at the university (academic certificate, record book or transcript) was not uploaded completely or in good quality;

👉 the full name of the university or program where the student studied (studies) was not entered;

👉 registration was made for transfer to a non-existent university, form of study or program.

⚠️Citizens registering for transfer (reinstatement) are asked to take the above circumstances into account.

⚠️Citizens who registered for transfer (reinstatement) but whose applications were rejected by the program are asked to correct the shortcomings indicated as soon as possible and register again.

⚠️In addition, registered citizens are asked to log in to their personal accounts (with the login and password given at registration) and constantly monitor the status of their applications.

❗️Reminder: the last day of registration for transfer (reinstatement) is 5 August 2020.
