The "Department of Marketing and Student Practice" within the Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute is regulated by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Admission to Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the 2005/2006 Academic Year" No. PQ-92 dated June 2, 2005, "On Measures to Further Improve the Mechanism for Forming Admission Parameters to Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic" No. PQ-2360 dated June 23, 2015, as well as the Resolution of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Approval of Model Staffing of Administrative, Technical, Service and Teaching-Assistive Employees of Higher Educational Institutions" (registration number 2859, February 21, 2017) of the Rector of the Institute for 2021 It was established on the basis of Order No. 320-AF dated October 16. The Institute directs its activities to the formation of a database based on the study of the needs of enterprises, institutions and organizations for highly educated personnel trained at the Institute, assessment of the structure of consumers of educational services, including the ratio of demand and supply for graduates in bachelor's and master's specialties, discussion of current issues related to improving the quality of trained personnel at the Institute's Councils, monitoring the training of personnel at the Institute and the distribution of graduates to work based on state grants, systematic analysis and evaluation of the employment processes of Institute graduates, assistance in the development and improvement of market relations in the field of education, formation of a real "portfolio of orders" for graduating bachelor's and master's students based on demand indicators for young specialists, and satisfaction of the real needs of institutions, enterprises and organizations in the region where the Institute is located for personnel. Participates in the processes of preparation, adoption and implementation of management decisions on the areas of personnel training and the market of educational services in the higher education system. Develops practical proposals and implements relevant measures to ensure competitive personnel training, and promotes the use of young specialists based on the demands and needs of personnel consumers, discusses the requirements of customers for the quality of personnel in the process of personnel training at the institute council, and ensures cooperation between specialty departments and consumer enterprises in personnel training. Assisting in organizing internships for graduate students at enterprises and organizations where they can later find employment, and providing the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation with information on the institute's graduates of the current year, broken down by educational field (specialties), ministry, department (enterprise and organization) where they will be employed, and regions, within the established deadlines. Studying the labor market situation, formulating proposals for admission parameters based on consumer orders for graduates, and timely submitting documents to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation on the organization of the institute's database on admission, student contingent, and graduate placement.
