Creating a scientific environment and conditions for the in-depth knowledge and development of intellectual abilities of talented students; Developing a "Targeted Training Program" for qualified professors and teachers of departments to conduct individual research work with talented students; Widely involving talented students and masters in scientific research work and scientific projects in priority areas of scientific development; Ensuring the participation of talented students and masters in competitions for various prestigious State scholarships: Beruniy, Navoiy, Islam Karimov and scholarships of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Ensuring the active participation of students in current, research, and creative work carried out in departments; Organizing a competition among talented students and masters for the title "Best Researcher of the Year" and developing measures for its effective functioning; Organizing and holding a competition "Innovative Ideas, Technologies and Projects"; Organizing and holding student scientific conferences, seminars, research competitions, roundtable discussions, science Olympiads and other events, etc.
