Khakberdiev Shukhrat was born in 1981, is of Uzbek nationality, has a higher education, is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry, graduated from the Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute in 2007 with a master's degree in chemistry, in 2010 he was a trainee-researcher at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, in 2013 he was a senior research fellow at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, and since 2017 he has been the head of the Department of Chemistry at the Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute.
Xakberdiyev Shuxrat 200 dan ortiq ilmiy-metodik ishlar, shu jumladan, 21 ta o'quv-metodik ishlar, 3 ta monografiya, 7 ta elektron darsga patent va 4 ta o'quv qo'llanma muallifi. Ilmiy ishlari Angliya, Hindiston, Avstriya, Rossiya davlatlari ilmiy jurnallarida chop etilgan.
Kimyo kafedrasi tarixi
The Department of Chemistry was established on October 10, 2017, and Shukhrat Makhramovich Khakberdiev was appointed as the head of the department.
Today, a total of 53420400 students are studying in the department in the bachelor's degree program "Chemical Technology". Of these, 1 student is studying on a grant basis, 1 student is studying on a fee-paying contract basis.
Scientific results achieved:
"Kimyo" kafedrasi professor-o'qituvchilari 2021-2025 yilda ilmiy-tadqiqot faoliyati va ilmiy pedagogik kadrlar tayyorlash borasida keng ko'lamda faoliyat ko'rsatib, bir qancha ijobiy ishlarni amalga oshirdilar. 2021 yil 23 sentabr kuni Bobomurodova Sanobar Yunusovna texnika fanlari bo'yicha nomzodlik dissertatsiyasini muvaffaqiyatli himoya qildi. Kafedra professor-o'qituvchilari tomonidan xorijiy ilmiy jurnallarda, OAK tasarrufidagi jurnallarda, SCOPUS tasarrufidagi jurnallarda va turli konferensiyalarda maqolalar nashrdan chiqarib kelmoqda.
2025-yil birinchi choragida Qurbonova Latofat Mamadiyorovna kimyo fanlari bo'yicha falsafa doktori (PhD) ilmiy darajasini muvaffaqiyatli himoya qildi.
Bugungi kunda kafedra ilmiy salohiyati 46% ni tashkil etadi.
2021-2025 YIL UCHUN QUYIDAGI TADBIRLARNI AMALGA OSHIRISH REJALASHTIRILGAN:
- kafedra ilmiy salohiyatini 50% ga yetkazish yo'llarini izlash;
- mustaqil tadqiqotchilar dissertatsiyalarining bajarilish ahvoli haqida fakultetlar ilmiy kengash yig'ilishlarida atroflicha muhokama qilish va tegishli qarorlar qabul qilish;
- kafedrada davlat grantlari, korxona va tashkilotlar buyurtmasi (shartnoma) asosida tegishli ixtisoslik va mutaxassisliklar bo'yicha mutaxassis ilmiy-pedagogik kadrlar tayyorlovchi, doktorlik dissertatsiyasini himoya qilishga, ilmiy-tadqiqot natijalarini amaliyotga joriy etishga, ixtiro va ratsionalizatorlik takliflari bo'yicha hujjatlarni tayyorlash va rasmiylashtirishga ko'maklashish;
- kafedra professor-o'qituvchilari tomonidan yaratilayotgan innovatsion ishlanmalarni ishlab chiqarishda tatbiq etish masalalarini amalga oshirish;
- kafedrada xalqaro miqyosdagi ilmiy-amaliy anjuman o'tkazish;
- iqtidorli talabalar va yosh olimlarni turli xil anjuman va tanlovlarda faol ishtirok etishini ta'minlash;
- O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar Akademiyasi bilan hamkorlikda talabalarni tajriba konstruktorlik va ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlariga jalb qilishga alohida e'tibor qaratish;
- kafedra professor-o'qituvchilari tomonidan yaratilayotgan innovatsion ishlanmalarni, ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlarini ommaviy axborot vositalarida yoritish.
- Kafedraga qarashli guruhlarning iqtidorli talabalari bilan professor-o'qituvchilar muntazam ishlash, ilmiy-amaliy yordam ko'rsatish.
The department effectively uses advanced pedagogical and information technologies in the subjects taught.
During the academic year, the main attention was paid to the effective use of new pedagogical and information technologies in order to provide students with comprehensive and in-depth knowledge. Visual aids and electronic slides were prepared for all subjects and entered into the institute's ARM database and HEMIS system.
Educational technologies were created for all subjects taught in the department based on modern pedagogical and information technologies. Also, students of the chemistry department are provided with a modern chemical laboratory and laboratory equipment.
Textbooks, methodological instructions, and electronic slides created in the department are posted on the Ziyonet electronic network every month.
